Alfonso Verdugo was born in the Canary Islands, Spain, on October 5th, 1971. He studied Mathematics and Computer Science in Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, and Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin, France. He worked in Paris for four years as an IT Analyst Developer in Avanquest and Trivium, both development companies. He moved to Dublin where he worked for four years at Google Ireland as a Senior Search Quality Analyst. He recently moved to Tenerife, Spain, and cofounded Optimanova, an Integral Web Solutions Startup company, where he is providing SEO advice to clients all over Europe.

Frank Sellingsloh was born in Germany. He studied economics at the University of Göttingen, Germany. In 1998 he moved to Tenerife and the following year founded SUN*Properties Marketing S.L., an Agency for real estate Website development and Internet-Marketing. From 2002 to 2006 he was the Marketing Director for the German F+U Group of Schools. He and his team in Tenerife have built and maintained more than 50 websites with extraordinary ranking results and started working with Google AdWords Campaigns from the beginning. From 2004 onwards he has been working as the Managing Director for the FU International Academy Tenerife. SEO and SEM have always been his field of special interest.

Jens Schmidt was born in Berlin, Germany on December 12th, 1979. He studied Business Administration (Marketing Thesis) in Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. He worked in Berlin as a Junior Online Marketing Manager in myBet.com, an online portal for gaming. He also worked as a Marketing Manager for Distribution & Partnerships in kikin Inc., a NYC based innovative company for web and social search. He moved to Tenerife, Spain, and currently works in FU International Academy, F+U Group and Optimanova as an Online Marketing Manager, where he is managing multiple SEM/SEO and social media campaigns.
